Standalone Arduino Programmer OLED firmware

This firmware uses an OLED display to show various menu options.

Possible actions are:

• Flash hex file on target MCU.
• Read Signature.
• Read Fuses.
• Toggle bootloader fuse on/off.

At time of writing the hex file still has to be called "firmware.hex".
